New Face of LOT Sky Restaurant

After extremely successful introduction of LOT Café – a new, innovative concept of meal service in Economy Class, LOT Polish Airlines have made another step in that direction, launching LOT Bistro. In contrast to competitive carriers who limit on-board meals reducing them generally to fast food standard, LOT keeps on its efforts to serve fresh, high quality products to its Economy Class passengers.

The philosophy of LOT Bistro focuses on simplicity and free choice. Similarly to traditional Paris bistros, passengers can relax in the climate of easy-going elegance while enjoying simple yet attractive meals, either composed by themselves out of offered ingredients, or ordered as a standard menu dish. Meals are made only of fresh, carefully selected products typical for Polish culinary tradition.

LOT Bistro meals are served in new packaging – simpler, more durable, lighter and made of a smaller number of parts, in order to limit CO2 emission in the manufacturing process and to cut down the solid waste.

While on board of LOT aircraft, you will enjoy Polish hospitability, tradition and art of cooking, which we keep cultivating, while not forgetting about natural environment protection. Make yourself comfortable and relax – flying has turned again into a pleasurable affair.
LOT Bistro will be available on European flights from December 21 and on Atlantic flights from January 4, 2008.
