Attractions Description |
Lapinlahti Art Museum consists of two museums: the Museum of Fine Arts and Eemil Halonen Museum.
The Museum of Fine Arts holds changing exhibitions and includes works of modern Finnish art. The Museum has a basic collection which includes works of the Halonen family, and modern art, mainly works by artists from Northern Savo. The other half of the museum is reserved for changing exhibitions. The emphasis is on the modern art by artists of Northern Savo. There are some 8-10 exhibitions each year.
